True thumper. Extensive chocolate flavor. A bit expensive, but worth a try for the true boozy stout lover.

The reputation surrounding Dogfish Head drives the price of this beer, and it isn't for the average consumer. This beer is one of the best I've ever had. This stout is intended to be aged, if you can try a 1 year next to a 5 year, do it.

Very good. For the money there are others I would buy though. The alcohol comes through a little bit too strong for me.

Insane this exists. I would classify this as a barley wine instead of a stout, but very smooth and complex. I would recommend sharing a bottle with a friend or 3

Lots going on with this one. Boozy but smooth and lots of layers, like an onion...or an ogre. *late check in
