15.5% Imperial Stout A little heat on this brew. Smooth, malty, and delicious! This is definitely a sipping brew. Excellent Stout with no extras. No barrel, no vanilla, no coconut, no coffee. Just Stout and of course the ABV! Seymour approves!

How is this 18%? Some people that do 11-13% make theirs too thick. Wild. Sweet, smooth, boozy, cocoa. Beautiful.

(Actually drank this last night when Untappd's SREs were desperately trying to fix their API layer/server/cluster/whatever.) Very boozy and sharp right out of the bottle, definitely let it breathe. Much smoother later. Maybe I was just drunk, π? 15.5%!
