World Wide Stout

Stout - Imperial / Double

Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex. This ageable ale clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer.

Alcoholic monster with a 18.0% abv, you better share this one or the damage can be high, dark, dark chocolate, sweet, cocoa, tobacco, dark fruit, roasty, toffee, some prunes/raisings, thick body, low to none head and just the right carbonation, woody

Heavy, dark, and roasty. Loads of leather, tobacco, and malt notes. Shockingly easy to drink.

Excellent big ABV stout. Don't drink it too cold. 45-55 is best.

An 18% malted gem! And worthy of the last beer of the 2022 poker table. So good. Just soooo good. 18%??? Well blended and disguised in the flavour profile. Tastes like.... yum.

Introducing Pete D. to the 18% malted black happiness that is WWS. I love this beer. Wish we had more regular access to this DFH gem. 4.30☆

Deep, deep dark, almost black with hues of brown. Aroma is near perfect with enough alcohol to bring this complex beer together like a drunken kumbaya. Flavor is soft and sauce-like in tiny bits, BBQish.

Just a little sweet. Quite good though. Doesn't taste like it's 18%

Brew date 2016. Taste date 2023. Super dark very ominous. Like a nicely charred dark chocolate marshmallow with hints of vanilla bean. Supper slow sipper. Our batch was probably close to 20%.

With a high IBU I was expecting this to be bitter and chewy but it’s surprisingly smooth. Dark roasty chocolate. It’s boozy but not a “punch you in the teeth” (in a good way) as a Black Tuesday
