This is incredible. Can't believe this wasn't on my radar. Insane maillard depth. Deep roasted grains brimming with rich cocoa, silky espresso, & sweet tobacco. Some secondary dried fruit aromas of dates & prunes. Insane complexity achieved via simplicity

Chocolate/coffee nose. Milk chocolate sweetness with roasty flavors. Some coffee flavor as well.

Gets better with every sip. Very roasty stout flavor, very subtle sweetness and booziness.

After literally years of passing this up, I can see the hype. CLASSY, RICH, DECADENT. Damn fine! With some prime Zeppelin, 1973.

18% HP, strong, boozy, but not overpowering with the Alc %. This is sweet and smooth, very dangerous.

Awesome balance. Big roast bitterness and smooth deliciousness alcohol.

Need to get another to age. This is delicately balanced, bitter, bourbony, warm, and just plain smooth for a 15%+ heavy.

Wow! Such intense flavors in the form of a smooth and malty sipper. In spite of the unholy ABV, there is limited heat. A work of art.

15% well hidden! Great roast, not too sweet. I would have thought 9 to 10%
