This is a good case of how to make a sour mild and make it work. A nice light lemon on the tongue the minute you sip, sour taste that tames down the throat, floral hints throughout. The sour is the taste, but it is tiered so it is not one note

Dit fruitig zuurtje kan mij wel bekoren. Eerste beeryjune voorbereidingen zijn gereed: 2x 7 biertjes besteld, andere 2 biertjes al op het oog, muziek uitgezocht en één introductie verhaal geschreven. Even tot hier!

Very mild smell, slightly fruity. Very mild kettle flavor, maybe a peary flavor. Pretty tasty, surprising from Dogfish Head.
