If it’s Thursday, yada yada yada. I’m not sure this is actually 2018, but there is no other 120 on this here Untappd thing. It’s sweet and moderately boozy.

Funky w/ age. Bottled 04/19/18. Smells like a mix of apple juice+grape juice. Really red hue of orange; lots of yeast particles floating. Zany body-acrid, bitter, tart, and sour. Has kind of a malty sweet finish w/ a slight boozy kick. Great evolution.

It appears age might have helped this.... Nice bready quality for sure. Ltckn

Even better the more it’s had a chance to age. Getting a bitter citrus peel note on the nose

Cracking a 2018 that was given to me by a friend who cleared out their reserve. I always try and stash some from each year, but think I do prefer drinking them fresh to get that lash of booziness up front 😆

Burning through my cellar, need fresh. I have no idea if this is a ‘16 but it’s close. Blow your socks off hop head goodness, as expected. This is a sippin’ IPA if there ever was one.

Feb 2018 vintage. Has aged amazingly well. Still plenty of hop bitterness but less alcohol burn. Nice malty backbone.

Found this while moving last month. Still powerful but think it had seen better days.

5 years later.... still more barleywine than ipa. Sweet and chewy.

Should have left it for one more year. There is bwizzle on the front but hoppy on the back end. 5 years is the sweet spot.

Duuuude. Barley wine that somehow still has aromatics. Pretty damn good!

Still has some heat in it, but still tasty was, in the Shallows Area

Bottled 4/19/2018-aged since in a frig. Nose an acrid mix of glue stick+strawberry. Amber & crimson hue. Major bitter lemony notes mixed w/ a boozy hop bitter side. Strong-seems like something an ancient Viking requested b/f axing someone’s face in.

What started off as an IPA is now a barleywine. A little sweetness, a little tang. Thank you very much Jared.
