120 Minute IPA (2018)

IPA - Imperial / Double

Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy, it's the Holy Grail for hopheads! We brew 120 Minute IPA a few times a year, but it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles -- some to enjoy and some to age.

*Squeal* I can’t believe I am finally having one. Like an IPA mixed with moonshine, and that is GOOD. Harsh and beautiful, like a chrome .45. Magical.

Bottled 2/11/2018. Badass alcohol punch and the sweetness is very slight. Pretty sure I’m a better man for drinking this brew.

2021, sticky. Coffee and molasses. There a burnt tone, not sure if its wood or sugar. Barley up front. Definite grain to this one. Hops take a backseat, but the peel is there.

I think this is the right vintage? I think I saw 2018 on another bottle at the store, this one had no date but was cold. In any case, it definitely doesn't taste fresh, but it is delicious. Can't say the same for many other out-of-date beers at the store.

4 years is a great spot. Love the barleywine-like flavors it's gotten to. Deep maltiness and richness. Somewhat syrupy sweet but not overpowering. Lots of honey. Very delicious. Long malty rich finish. Thanks Sam!

Great stuff! Balanced caramel & floral, aged hops lead & carry throughout, w/ generous resin, aged honey, golden raisin, & fig mid-taste, & an absolute tidal wave of orange marmalade closing. 4/9/18 bottle drinkin' DAMN fine @4 years! 4.4.
