Back of fridge find. A year old but still complex. A little sweeter and less spicy than I remember but that’s probably due to aging and maturity. Still delicious.

I found a couple of bottles of this from last year that I forgot about in my basement stash. I can't remember well enough to say if the extra age has changed the flavor, but it's smooth and warm with ginger and anise as the most prominent flavors.

A flavorful version of the smooth and creamy beginner beer. The ginger and cardamon are an upgrade from cinnamon. There is a slight dryness and only a hint of sweetness. Weird and unusual concept but it does succeed.

Very creamy IPA, for being 8% it’s incredibly smooth and light, don’t taste the alcohol at all.

I am really enjoying this and how spicy it is. The cream ale itself sets a good base for all the spices used. Very much a fall feeling 🍁🍂

Lots of flavor, but almost a little pumpkin-y, because of the amout of spice.
