Cellared for about a year. My palette might be off because of all the hottie sauce I just consumed.

Really good stout. Caramel and a prevailing dark chocolate note. Smooth

Boozy on the nose and flavor. Has a hint of coffee and smooth. Very strong beer. Overall it's a good solid barrel aged beer.

18% alcohol! Definitely the highest octane beer I have ever had. Tastes like a very boozy Hershey’s syrup.

Roasty/malty/coffee-ish nose...high abv immediately apparent...good mouth feel, coating well...bourbon/coffee/cocoa on the tongue, trailing to a pithy bitterness balanced with sweetness...good, but feels like it was phoned in...maybe aging will help.
