This one bottle has been aging. Good thing it’s just one because it’s an ass kicker.

No lights and no label, but this is my best guess...ages beautifully...

2017. Still fantastic. Could drink this every day and probably would be 400 lbs.

Nearly 4 years old. So smooth. Super chocolatey, oaky, booze is mellow, roast is subdued but still there.

This was one of the best beers I had ever had......when fresh. Don’t let it age past a few years. Does not age well unlike what the bottle says.

So much for not drinking tonight!

Definitely feel the burn on the way down but taste wise it’s not bad at all. Smooth considering the ABV. Definitely a sipper.

2017 I guess. Wish DF would put bottles in dates. Remember loving then, love it now. Maybe not toasty, vanilla hung on for sure. Great beer.

Another 2017 - this mellowed out quite a bit, making it real tasty.

Four years old and I’m not liking it. Too many things happening.

The oak notes are simply awesome, it’s like drinking wood. Aged somewhere between 3-4 years in my basement, happy belated birthday to me! 😁

Not sure of the year for this one (same pic from last night)

Don't think it aged well. A bit of tartness, Carmel and chocolate.
