Straightforward Czech Pils

Pilsner - Czech

Another favorite in our series of true-to-style beers, this is a traditional Czech Pilsener brewed using traditional decoction mashing methods. It's as simple as simple can be - just Bohemian pils malt, Saaz hops from the Zatec region of the Czech Republic, water and a crisp lager yeast. Served unfiltered in the "keller" style to maintain all of the wonderful spicy hop notes and crackery malt tones with just a hint of caramel.
