Strangely, aging in a barrel actually takes some of the alcohol edge off and mellows it out.

Very hoppy, boozy, whiskey, boozy, brown sugar, boozy, barrel, dry. Bold and delicious. Sip and enjoy. Perfect for when you come home after a terrifying drive on Wallings Road through the South ‘burbs of Cleveland Ohio USA. 🍻👍

A bit of an IPA bite at the end, but the Utopias flavor makes it taste like a very complex barley wine. I have three more that I'll be aging. Figured I'd have a special beer after finishing my deck refresh.

120 with Utopias!? Holy hell. Run out and buy as much of this beast as you can. Seriously worth the price tag. If you don't like it, I'll drink it for you. 😁

A work of art. This is mind blowing. The 120 in the utopias barrels is. Perfection. The notes in this IPA from sitting in that barrel are intense and almost caramelize the great taste of a 120. I’m blown away…

Very sweet boozy raisin and caramel. One of the best for sure. I can’t imagine how amazing it’ll taste aged as well. World class stuff quite a treat.
