Horrible. Guess people are rating it just for the abv of 16.5-17%. Taste like a piss poor belgian, with an ample hint of rubbing alcohol l, the cap says it all/DANGER! (if ya like flavour) ~ Churrs!

About as weird as I expected. Still not a fan. Barrel aging a mess of a beer still leaves you with a mess of a beer. On the other hand, the ABV soon makes one not care about trivial things like tasting good.

Eine kleine Blume bildet sich auf dem leicht trüb bernsteinfarbigen Bier. Es duftet weinhaltig, nach Pflaume. Es schmeckt alkoholig, nach pflaumigen Wein mit Vanille- Aroma sowie mit einem trockenen Abgang.

Tastes like a barley wine which isn’t my thing. But I had to try it. Aged for 12 months in Sam Adams Utopias barrels which is super cool.

Tastes like raisins mixed with diesel. Not my favorite on draft, but I could see this being awesome in 2 years

What a malty nightmare. This is crossing into all sorts of mead/barley wine territory, does not feel right to call it a beer. Honey is nice but the finish is horrendous. Does not belong in IPA class at all, process does not equal finish.

Super-tart. No Utopias flavor. Seems too young or improperly stored. Only good for booze. Might make a good cocktail mix.

I feel like any time you hit a certain % it’s not beer anymore. Not a fan of that alcohol burn.

This beer is rough… I thought it would be hot but it’s like drinking battery acid…. Utopia and dogfish 120s are tough to drink alone… mixing them together was an interesting marketing move… might use my last 3 to fuel my lawn mower this spring
