Gotta give respect to my alma matter. Clean and light. Good with a heavy meal.

Light and clean like a German or Czech pils. Light body, effervescent texture. Typical pils yeasty aroma. Pale yellow color. Flavor is sweet but gives way to some malt on the backend.

It's not a pilsner. From Pilsen. But it's an enjoyable grainy light beer.
