Refreshing and tart. Would be great with lighter dishes. Chicken, fish, fresh vegetables, etc.

Very sour. Tart finish. I get carrot on the nose when I first sip. I wish it had a bit more fruit on the nose or palate.

Full bottle with 3/4 cup pineapple orange juice. Orange juice isnβt overpowering but Iβd maybe go with a 1/2 or 1/3 cup next time
