Limey Pepper Grinder

IPA - New England

Brewed in collaboration with Jeremy Hancher, winner of the 2018 HoPS Extreme Homebrew Challenge, this West Coast-inspired New England-style IPA was brewed from pale two-row barley malt and hopped generously with a blend of Centennial, Azacca and Mosaic hops for citrus and tropical fruit aromas. The beer is flavored with black limes, lime juice and both Szechuan and pink peppercorns, offering a blast of citrus and floral perfumy pepper and a crisp, refreshing finish that's got just a hint of peppery heat.
