Bottled 09/14/2020 1128 | Holy Grail for hopheads. Beer continually hopped over a 120 minute boil, then dry hopped for over a month. Dogfish Head Black & Tan variant with Bourbon Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (Bottled 11/01/2019 1448) Happy B-day Tim L.

It had been too long since having one of these. This is top 2 ipa for me, if not no. 1. I am a sucker for booze, so that def plays a part in this but it is just so smooth for 120ibu.

Beef jerky is so time consuming but worth it. Can't wait to throw it on the racks tomorrow.

7/10/20-Candied, burnt sugar and earthy. Malt sweetness to start with. Light pithy grapefruit finish.

Fresh from the source. boozy as hell, as I remembered. sweet, but not quite too much. boozy heat lingers. it is something unique, for sure.

I know it is at least one year old. The print on the bottle is very faded. The nose is not intense, but the flavor is!

been sitting in the fridge for a while now.... got that smooth, almost non sweet syurpiness to it. doesn't taste 15+% a.b.v. but was it worth $10 for a 12oz. bottle? still glad i got it.

A bit fresh, still has a hop bite. First 2020 I’ll age the rest for a few more years. Always a fantastic rich brew.
