Continually Hopped Pils

An old world style beer brewed with new world technology, we continually hopped this classic Bohemian pilsner with French Aramis hops every minute over the course of the boil. After even more hopping during the whirlpool, we then dry-hopped this brew with French Aramis hops and German Saphir hops. The result is a bright, crisp and hoppy pilsner with notes of citrus and a little bit of spice.
