IPA - Imperial / Double

Benevolent is our latest offering in a series of DIPA's in support of our Beer and Benevolence program. We began with a protein-rich, 4-grain blend of pilsner malt, torrefied wheat, malted spelt and malted oats. A large whirlpool charge of citrusy Amarillo hops was followed by a mid-fermentation dryhop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Sabro. It's replete with aromas of ripe mango, juicy tangerine and pineapple.
