Dark and malty, with a roasty mouthfeel. SUPER rich. Clocking in at 17.3% ABV, this is a sipper for sure. Also, thanks for the delicious beer, Greg!

The flavor is dark roasted malts, chocolate, dark fruits like figs and raisins, and vanilla, and then lots of bourbon and I think rum too. It is a bit boozy so sip it slowly. In any case it is great.

Smells thick, rich, almost cherry, chocolate-y, coffee-y. Tastes thick, very strong, rich, chocolate-y, lots of cherry, STOUT-Y. Very strong in alcohol. Tastes like a mocha mixed with a stout mixed with some red wine. Unique. Will fuck you up.

Surprised actually with the smoothness. I had to get it to get a close sip to the Utopias. Slight chocolate from the WWS but mainly whiskey barrel and not too crazy. Gotta celebrate the baby turning 2 years old! #twosweet

Does its price dictate its score? Found it a bit thin with a good depth in flavor. Barrel aged stout yes it is….expectations were high.
