Wasn’t the ink I was expecting. Probably the thinnest WWS I’ve had. Still very good and tasty though. I’ll have to pull an older one out of my stash and see if I’m not imagining this.

Rough day. Beer was needed. Doesnt drink like abv. A dangerous one to have. Thanks amy for the Christmas beer which I have finally gotten to.

Thought this was really cool - definitely get Utopias in the palate

Lucky to be with SIL when he decided to try. Better than the oak aged one I had a few years back.I got a chocolate covered cherry taste even if not what they said in write up.

(4.35) really dig this, old school almost oxidized notes, pours with no head, can’t believe there were cases of this left at Gold Eagle. Will go buy another to age

Chocolate. Barrel. Was expecting something more with a Utopias pedigree. Still nice all the same even if it fell slightly short to whatever I imagined.

Ah, devil ether. It makes you behave like the village drunkard in some early Irish novel. Total loss of all basic motor skills. Blurred vision, no balance, numb tongue. The mind recoils in horror, unable to communicate with the spinal column.

Another winner from extreme. Nice syrup stout and somehow, it masks most of the booze. This was great!

So much barrel! About the closest I'll ever get to a bottle of Utopius.

Now is this easy to drink because it may eight taster. It is tasty and boozy but not overly sweet.

Wow! A lot of great flavors going on in this bottle. The smell of the Utopias is all over the glass as you pour. And you get the chocolate taste with the cherry from the Utopias. At 9$ a beer it’s a definite try for battle aged beer lovers.

Black color, roasted malt barrel aged aroma, roasted malt with molasses and bourbon barrel mocha dry finish, beat Braxton dark charge maple breakfast stout.

The imperial stout, my personal favorite. This iteration is very nice, it belies 17+% ABV. First sip is noticable but subsequent swollows are hardly noticeable on the palate. Just don't operate... What is noticable is rich notes of chocolate and cherry.

The Utopias barrels definitely added a new layer of depth and complexity to this already deep beer. Kudos!!!
