Wow! A lot of great flavors going on in this bottle. The smell of the Utopias is all over the glass as you pour. And you get the chocolate taste with the cherry from the Utopias. At 9$ a beer it’s a definite try for battle aged beer lovers.

One of a kind of beer. Hard to find. rich malty notes with dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar, dark fruit, vanilla, and oak.

Nothing better than fresh Utopias from the actual location. Boozy AF. Caramel, chocolate, vanilla, barrel age punch in the mouth.

Night 2 of this beer, still nursing this bottle, lol

Seemed a worthy endeavor for number 6000. The utopias notes are there, but it’s coming pretty hot.

The flavor is dark roasted malts, chocolate, dark fruits like figs and raisins, and vanilla, and then lots of bourbon and I think rum too. It is a bit boozy so sip it slowly. In any case it is great.

Glasses make you look smart, but you have to fail a test to get them.

And it’s even better on tap. Just damn.

The imperial stout, my personal favorite. This iteration is very nice, it belies 17+% ABV. First sip is noticable but subsequent swollows are hardly noticeable on the palate. Just don't operate... What is noticable is rich notes of chocolate and cherry.

boozy, chocolate - with Utopias in the mix, this stout is guaranteed to be delicious!

Bourbon, vanilla, coconut, roasty, boozy, damn!

What it says on the bottle. Strong barrel aged imperial stout. Would happily have again.

Really. It's WWS in Utopias barrels. Complex. Multilayered. Roasty, but not burnt. A bit fusel, but is mellowing nicely. The gift of two merged breweries allowing each other space, but the intersection is a delight.
