I was expecting more. Not enough citrus hoppy flavor for me. Must be the effect of the wild yeast? But smooth, clear and clean. Cheers

Pours golden, slightly hazy with decent head. Aromas of ripe mango, citrus pith. Flavor is interesting with some dank mixed into that and a light rustic note. Mouthfeel is soft yet finishes dry. Drinks like a west coaster with some funk and hazy qualities

Better than I expected, for a mild sour. Still, not normal, but quite drinkable, basically crushable. Clean mouthfeel. I guess there's a raspberry flavor in there, but the first fruit note I sensed was peach. Nice hop bitterness at the end.

Different take on 60 minutes. Perhaps 55 minutes and 38 seconds.

Very unique flavor. Like walking through a hop garden and with multiple cascades of flavor. Definitely something hops fans should try.
