Not what I was expecting. Very light and not aggressively hoppy. Starts clean and sweet followed by a back-of-the-tongue bitterness and a side-of-the-tongue tang. The Brett is very subtle, and the barrel aged addition is revealed during the long finish.

Pretty smooth nice finish. Not over hopped but some notes on the back end

Hops, light tart and sweet, really a good drinking brew, not like normal IPAs, so if you're not normally into them give this one a shot

This is another great one from Dogfish Head. Great finish; just can’t figure out what it is. I’ll need to do more research and have another one. I’ll follow up later. Cheers!
