Hop 90. 1/2 Wild Hops and 1/2 90 Minute. Yum!

Not what I was expecting. Very light and not aggressively hoppy. Starts clean and sweet followed by a back-of-the-tongue bitterness and a side-of-the-tongue tang. The Brett is very subtle, and the barrel aged addition is revealed during the long finish.

Interesting blend of flavors very hoppy in the beginning with the evereffecent in the middle and a hint of raspberry at the finish
