Primordial Loop

IPA - American

We celebrate wild things in this beer. We carefully selected 4 unique hop varieties with wild parentage: Citrusy Amarillo & Comet, tropical Sabro and a new uber dank variety, Zappa. A simple malt bill of pilsner and wheat malts was seasoned with just a touch of wild ale that had been aged in French oak wine barrels for added complexity. It delivers a big hit of pineapple, resiny dankness and just a touch of oak for a dry finish.

Really dug this as the wild ale elements give it a good pine-like finish

Not sure I'd get the wild ale addition if it weren't mentioned, but the super funky sour graf beforehand might have something to do with that.
