We hopped this west coast style IPA with some classic "C" hops like floral Centennial and citrusy Cascade and provided it with a rich malty backbone with a blend of pilsner malt and locally grown and malted crystal malt. It's packed full of citrus, pine and floral flavors with rich toffee notes and enough hop bitterness to balance it all out.
