Brewed with the winner of the 2017 Extreme Homebrew Challenge, Tyler Flynn, Blackberry Saison brings the juice in all sorts of complex ways. This spicy little number was brewed with barley malt, wheat malt, oats, and rye, and hopped with only the noblest of hops to set up a delicious base for blackberries, raspberries, and concord grapes to happily dance with French Saison yeast. Fruity, dry, and spicy, Blackberry Saison is the perfect pair for fried pickles and pulled pork, and is a welcome compliment to an iceberg salad with grilled chicken.
