The sweetness from the agave takes away most of the strong punch I was expecting from the grapefruit. Its pretty citrusy, but not at all sour. It’s not a perfect beer, but nothing else tastes quite like it.

Double golden ale and a paloma cocktail brewed with grapefruit juice, blue agave nectar, lime peels and a touch of sea salt. Citrusy hop and grapefruit aromas, counterbalanced by bright, tart grapefruit flavor and a blue agave nectar sweetness. WDA.
