Was expecting a malty red ale but this was a citrusy red ale with no malt flavor. I liked it! 7ish ABV. Never had anything like it.

Holly cow! Initial nose very piney, first sip. . . Cinnamon, cloves, allspice, citrus - an explosion across the palette. Most closely reminds of that rarest of rare a Scottish pine brew. Unexpectedly Enjoyable.

#61: two of my all time breweries together. Tastes like a 30min met Grand Cru. Good, not Grand.
