Boring. Everything that's commonplace about a red ale without anything that is good or interesting in a Flanders. Might as well label it "Killians with a touch of brewer's piss."

Meh-rry Xmas. Another meh. I didn’t hate it, but the fruit taste reminded me of cranberry juice… and I don’t really like cranberry juice. But it was mixed with beer so I drank it.

Kinda tart, too sweet as well at first. It mellows out a bit over time. Not my thing apparently

I've had better Flanders/red ale styles and this while good, to me did not have enough notes to make it stand out. A bit of an identity crisis but might have been the tap I got this out of. Will try as a 6 pack!

On the sour side. Red wine. Maybe some ginger. Worth trying.

Not not favorite-must be the cherry finish

Smells reminiscent of a duchesse, then falls well shy (also thin). A pretty standard light-style amber, none of the depth of flavor or sweetness. Meh.

A red that wants to be wonderful but ends up too sweet.

2022 BA Day 6 Drinking late because I was not that interested. Never have been. Not a fan of red ale's. Taste carbonated...taste.

The flavor matches the description. We generally don’t like beers aged in oak casks and this one is a bit too sweet for our liking. The flavors are pronounced but reminds of a bad fruit with a fake toffee/caramel icing.

Not a live check in. I bought this for Paul who loves a red ale, I do not. I did not love this.

The smell is citrus but the taste is Christmas ale-ish. Nope. Not for me.
