Hazy Squall

IPA - New England / Hazy

Hazy IPA brewed with a blend of pilsener malt and malted wheat, continually hopped with Cascade then judiciously dryhopped late in fermentation with a blend of Citra, Azacca, Mosaic and El Dorado hops.

Lizzy McAlpine concert. This was smooth and inoffensive and didn’t have any strong bite to it just like her songs. Just kidding the words had bite but the tempo and the one beer threatened to lull me to bed
