Amber IPAHop It Like It’s Hot is a hopped up Amber Ale brewed to ring in the season. Brewed with 10 different malts, including three different grains, jaggary (Indian Palm Sugar), and hopped with eight different varietals of hops. The concoction was then fermented with a true British Cask yeast, and then liberally dry hopped to bring out a truly dank aroma. The flavor is full of biscuit and toasty malt with a hint of caramel under juicy hop citrus and grass notes. Hop It Like It’s Hot will be tapped on Monday, May 27, 2013. Happy Memorial Day!
