Held this one back a few years. As boozy and rich as promised. Strong is the vanilla with this one

16% is a nice middle of the road ABV if you’re Kevin Boyd. For us humans it’s a sipping stout. Boozy, dark, wonderful, and the best dark beer i’ve had in a while.

Dogfish Head was right. This did age well. An April 2017 cellar bottle that drinks spectacularly. Thick, boozy malty with a smooth finish and still a hint of vanilla.

Woah! Not usually a fan of the bourbon barrel beers but this is good. And strong. The vanilla cuts the bourbon I think.

Dark fruits - plum, raisins, and a hint of vanilla in a boozy finish. Very tasty! Perfect beer to celebrate a victory by the Twins over the Astros in the ALDS!
