A wit bier made with white wheat, malted barley, flaked oats, pomegranate, allspice, orange and lemon slices. It has a lovely bouquet of pomegranate, clove, orange zest and sourdough. Flavor profile inludes notes of pomegranate, honey and biscuit. Enjoy this beer with a fresh salad, a hot day or both!
