Belgian-Style Saison
Harvest time is saison season so we
cooked up something special to celebrate Fall’s
bounty. Where we bring the fruits of the earth
to our collective hearth. We brewed this classic
Belgian-style saison with regeneratively-grown
pilsner malt, toasted wheat and a rare heirloom
black rye malt to provide a doughy, earthy malt
bill. Classic Czech Saaz & German Hallertau
Mittelfrüh provide floral and fresh herbal zing
to play against the complex stone fruit,
lemongrass, black pepper and spicy phenols of
the traditional yeast we used for fermentation.
