You're Bugging the Hell Out of Me!

Porter - Other

Inspired by a rich culinary heritage from all corners of the world, this decidedly robust porter is loaded up with all of the things that would really make those creepy little protein nuggets hop with flavor! Aleppo peppers bring the beautiful bright and fruity notes, with just a touch of heat balanced by luscious toffee the rich roundness of organic cocoa.

Better warm than cold. Deep cocoa or coffee bitterness.

Needs to warm up closer to room temperature, but definitely heavy on the cocoa with a hint of peppers.

Thin, fairly mild as far as porters go.

Too much pepper and not enough porter. Or cocoa.

Still confused if this contains bugs or not. Love Dogfish but don’t love this beer. Too thin and the peppers are just so unnecessary and distracting. Does pair well with the rainy day.

Too much of a pepper taste for my liking. But won’t stop me from drinking a good porter that has a bit of a chocolate taste.
