We also love pilsner. Mystery Pils is a journey to find what is possible with basic beer ingredients. Join us as we unlock the mysteries of water, malt, hops and yeast when combined in new and unusual ways to find newness in a brew-tiful classic. Our newest iteration features Pekko, Azacca and Nectaron hops that aren’t common in Pilsners and that that offer a balanced blend of tropical, citrus and passionfruit notes. The unique hop profile is supported by the subtle bready sweetness of a blend of pilsner malt and Bruhmalt that are regeneratively grown.
