Brewed with Pils malt, malted wheat, malted spelt and flaked oats, Opalistic IPA is a New England IPA with a juicy hop impression. We hop bursted this medium-bodied brew with Citra Lupulin Powder, Calypso, Centennial and El Dorado hops in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped it with 3lbs. of Azacca, Blanc, El Dorado, Centennial and experimental HBC-431 hops per barrel.
