Porter - Baltic

‘Scuse me while I have my cake and drink it, too. We were inspired by the Classic German Schwarzwald Kirsh cake (aka Black Forest Cake) in making this infused Baltic porter. A complex blend of kilned and roasted German malts provides a rich, dense canvas upon which we applied layers of flavor with dark cherry juice, roasted cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans.
