Dangerously smooth and very well aged, smooth and sweet! I can hardly tell it’s 5+ years old, thanks for sharing Tim C.

Wanna know what a nearly 10-year old WWS drinks like? Check out my randomized beer pick TikTok series, A Beer Seized. Drink recaps post on Saturdays, cellar picks for the following week post on Mondays. @kylenabilcy over there.

Couldn’t wait any longer. No 10 year anniversary for this one. Aged very well but it’s time is up

From Sam's private collection, figure since he a Jim Koch enjoyed my homebrew so much, I'd enjoy this baby!

Just shy of 10 years old this is an absolute treat. Some sherry and papery notes coming in as oxidative complexity but tons of chocolate peanut character amidst a subtle sneaky boozy character.

Lost the best stout character but the booze overwhelms

Not sure where this bottle has been for 10 years😳 A little thin but still a decent drinking stout Probably should have had it two years ago🤣

Little bitter on the back end. But still great carbonation and nose on it.

Coronavirus cellar turd day # 272. Bottled 12/11/13. Definitely more into barleywine territory. Glad I only found 1 of these......unfortunately many 120 minute. Chocolate, molasses, dark fruits. Still very boozy.

Big, rich, and chocolatey with the best kind of oxidation — cherry.

Vertical with 2011, 2012, 2013. All 3 still great, but 2011 was my favorite.

2019, 2016, and now 2013. The consistency across these beers is impressive. This 2013 is definitely the most mellow of the three vintages. Goes down easy

Still quite drinkable, even 8 years later. Definitely a boozy quality to it. Wonderful notes of coffee and dark chocolate.

I could have aged this better, but still had a nice flavor and the boozieness mellowed out.

Ages very well, giving it a milder, less harsh and boozy taste profile
