Slightly eggy (but not too much), scrumpy cider, washed rind cheese, pithy orange, touch of vinegar. Maybe i would like a bit more fruit here, but the complexity is really there. Surprising medicinal bitterness on the palate which works well with food.

Интересный гёз. На аромате моченое яблоко. Приятная кислинка яблока на глотке переходящая в цитрус и небольшая горчика в конце.

Een stijl die ik steeds beter leer te waarderen. Licht zurig, hout, droog, een fijne bubbel en door de spontane gisting echt een eigen smaakje.
