Разочарование дня. 3 fonteinen запустили на минималках при условии, что он требует 16 гб, а это пиво на 8 гб.

Mineral, white wine, dry, sour but balanced, strong yeastiness, light dry white oakiness, super light and crisp for 7%abv, fresh sour green apples, hint of vinegar.

This beer is brewed from 40% unmalted wheat and 60% of barley wheat. Then it’s aged for 1-3 years in oak casks. Beer 2 of 6 in the Belgian beer discovery box.

An interesting mix of apple, bit of grape, a nice underlying barnyard funk. The cork popped off with a satisfying thud. Medium effervescence.

Kinda crazy that this only gets 3.47. this is better than a lot of the artificial tasting sours you can find.
