Soepele afdronk. Smaakt is het best met een beetje fantasie uit te leggen alsof je in een fris wild-(bloemen)veld in inloopt en dat die geur opdrinkt.

Damn... a really fermented sour taste... it’s the only way to drink a sour... when it’s been ages for 3 years. Love it.

First Gueuze for yonks. Lacks a bit of flavour. Scent and initial flavour are light and sour, then... Not much, apart from some paper. Oh well FIRST FA CUP FINAL APPEARANCE IN 52 YEARS.

Slightly eggy (but not too much), scrumpy cider, washed rind cheese, pithy orange, touch of vinegar. Maybe i would like a bit more fruit here, but the complexity is really there. Surprising medicinal bitterness on the palate which works well with food.
