This was a 2016 and I enjoyed it a bit more than the 2017 I had recently. So that would be a case of 6yr old is better than 5yr of course your milage may vary

Appearance: end of bottle pour, opaque with yeast, light orange color with small head. Aroma: sweet fruity notes, tarty smell. Taste: medium sourness, tart, yeasty, highly carbonated, very dry finish.

Opened bottle to pour the dregs into the sour I'm brewing. Tart refreshing and morish.

Molo excellentissimo! Finished all the "bières du quartier" so now time to crack open this stunner (2017). Nosh an eclectic array of things needing to be eaten (sprotfilets, preskop, smelly fromage, focaccia). Lovely week, flown by. 2022-05-20.
