Degelijk een lambiek in essentie. Neemt het rauwe, zure naar boven met enkel de suggestie van kriekenzoetheid in nagedachte. Met 8% alc. ook niet te onderschatten. Uiteraard is het hartige van de lambiek dominant. Heel droog, veel koolzuur
