Funk and hay in the nose, when drinking a soft acidity with lots of apple. A slight bitterness tasted somewhat strange at first but blended well with the soft character of the beer. One of the lambic beers that are more to my taste.

Sour, no carbonation, definitely a Lambic. The woman from Blaauwe Hand has succesfully recommended this beer to me :)

Первый нос - белый портвейн. В целом в стиле, сухо, с кислинкой и приятной хмельной горечью на выходе.

A bit watery and not complex. Also quite some bitterness (yes a lot more than Girardin, maybe they added some Ulricher for the refermentation in the bottle?)
