Хоть и очень люблю этот стиль, но тут явно тела не хватило, наверно стоило не 2, а 4 года выдерживать, сухость на месте, намёк на горчинку в конце, немного сена

Not as mouth puckering as expected. Pleasant but one is enough.

Not being too big, but on the very dry side works in its favour on a hot day. Enough fruit and tartness to make it really refreshing.

Funk and hay in the nose, when drinking a soft acidity with lots of apple. A slight bitterness tasted somewhat strange at first but blended well with the soft character of the beer. One of the lambic beers that are more to my taste.

Flat au possible, plutôt unidimensionnelle mais franchement efficace pour un lambic non blendé. Notes de terre, pomme verte et un peu de cuir, funk modéré. Étonnamment très buvable
