Au nez les bretts explosent avec un petit côté sous bois. En bouche attaque vineuse, très sèche on as ce côté lambic jeune avec aucune carbonatation et un côté très boisé/bretté. Traditionnel, classique

Unblended lambic. Apricot, pear and light peach with a hint of grapefruit on the finish. So nice.

Dit is wel even de hele andere kant op. De definitie van een sour zit in dit glas. Toch is het niet geheel onaangenaam. Een flink penetrante zure smaak heeft de overhand. Niet helemaal mijn ding, maar wel te doen.

Poah dit is pas echt eens een zure rakker, hier moet je je even schrap voor zetten. Scherp zure smaak, met een aparte nasmaak die ik even niet thuis kan brengen. Licht fruitig is het wel. Leuk bier vol met zure componenten.

Goed zuur, op een proefles wel lekker maar zou niet een hele op kunnen. Smaakt desondanks wel oke!

多分これかな？Boon Lambicとのみの表記でよく分からない。お上品な感じでドリンカブル。柔らかい酸味。僅かに獣を感じるかとも思うけど、全般的にはすらっとオレンジ水のよう。
