Quickly gone! Sour and tart with a sweetness at the end. I like it.

Refreshing and nuanced. Overall a very good beer if lacking a bit of depth. High carbonation and quite dry. Slightly on the thin side.

Cloudy golden oranfe with medium head. Very funky, barnyard, manure, smooth.

Got tired of the 4 oz. pours. This was on draft so I got an 8 oz. It’s the typically tart gueze, but it doesn’t finish quite as dry as some of the others. Ends up being fairly drinkable. Also has some Belgian yeast notes that come out over time.

Surprisingly fool bodied on palate. Not classic gueuze but very interesting however some lack of lambik aroma as a base of style.
